  Overall, i would say this GP is pretty good. Getting an appointment is difficult like most. They participate in getting prescription refills online, but the system is broke for doing it. When you have multiple refills every 28 days, and 1 or more requires a Dr to approve more refills. It makes it so i have to deal with calling in for refills and there are only certain times to do that. All the staff I've met are great though. Except the receptionists seem annoyed to answer any questions that aren't related to checking in for your appointment slot. Edit: I'm absolutely fed up with my wife and I getting such attitude from the receptionist staff. You call to get info, and you're treated like a pest that is bothering their full day of handing out prescription papers and saying what's your name, ok have a seat. My apologies for messing up your grueling work schedule, and have to deal with actual needs of the patients in the clinic.
